Tara Astigarraga is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and a solution Architect/Developer currently working in IBM Watson Research. She is designing and building one of the first Enterprise Blockchain Solution Implementations. Tara is also an IBM Master Inventor with over 65 patents filed and is passionate about mentoring youth for STEM K-12 outreach.
