Meagan Byrne is a Métis game designer and co-founder of Achimostawinan Games who is working as the Digital + Interactive Coordinator at imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival. Her passion is in exploring Indigenous Futurisms and her latest game, Hill Agency: PURITY/decay aiming for release in 2021, is an Indigenous Cybernoir exploring what the world would look like "on the brink of freedom from colonial oppression".
