Jordan Molaro is a proud Anishnaabe writer, editor, and director driven by a passion for the art of filmmaking. Born and raised in the north end of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Jordan was introduced to filmmaking at the age of thirteen when he was casted for a lead acting role in the film, “the Fragile”. After receiving a scholarship to the, Manitoba Theatre of Young People, Jordan, was inspired to continue pursuing creative writing. The Seven Sacred teachings, combined with a profound filmmaking passion instilled in Jordan a strong work ethic and a clear vision for his future. Upon graduation of Sisler High School, Jordan enrolled in the Film Studies program at the University of Manitoba. His work has been praised for its distinct style, cultural significance, and ability to resonate his characters with audiences.
